Terms

General terms and conditions for the “Trend-Bot Signals” subscription. Last updated: 30 October 2026

This is a translation. If the versions differ, the German text prevails.

1. Provider and scope

(1) These terms apply to the “Trend-Bot Signals” subscription on excon‑trading.de. The provider of the service is Bennet Blanck, Montessoristr. 1, 40670 Meerbusch-Osterath, Germany, email: abo@excon-trading.de (“we”).

(2) Ordering and payment run through Stripe Managed Payments. Sold through Link, LLC, a company of the Stripe group (“Link”), acts as merchant of record; the checkout page says “Sold through Link”. Link collects the payment, issues the receipt and remits the VAT. The checkout is also subject to Link's terms (link.com/terms); Link may require a Link account for subscriptions. We are responsible for the signals, the app and your account with us.

(3) Other terms apply only if we expressly agree to them.

2. Service

(1) You receive every buy and sell signal of the Trend-Bot for Bitcoin by email, and access to an app showing the current status, past signals and the bot's result.

(2) The Trend-Bot trades by fixed rules, which we do not disclose, with play money in a paper account. In the blind test from 1 January 2023 to 17 October 2026 it made about five trades a year, so about ten signals. We do not owe a specific number of signals. It is possible that no signal arrives during the 7-day trial.

(3) All subscribers get the same signals. They take no account of your personal situation and are not investment advice. Whether and how you trade is your decision, on your own exchange account. We hold no money, execute no orders and need no access to your exchange account. We do not promise profits. Please read the risk notice.

(4) We keep email delivery and the app available to the usual extent. Short interruptions, for example for maintenance, and delivery delays are possible.

3. How the contract is concluded

(1) On the offer page you choose a plan, enter your email address and continue to the Stripe checkout page. There you see your details, choose the payment method and can use the arrow at the top left to go back and correct something or cancel.

(2) With the order button (“Subscribe with obligation to pay”) you place your binding order. The contract is concluded as soon as Stripe confirms the order. You then reach our welcome page and receive an email with these terms and the withdrawal notice.

(3) The contract languages are German and English. The current version of these terms is on this page; you receive your version with the email. We store your order data as described in the privacy notice.

(4) You must be at least 18 years old. On conclusion we set up an account for your email address. Keep your password secret.

4. Prices, trial and payment

(1) Monthly plan: €45.00 per month. Annual plan: €300.00 in advance for the first 12 months, then €25.00 per month. All prices include VAT. We charge no other costs.

(2) Both plans start with a 7-day free trial, once per email address; if the address has already had it, the plan starts immediately. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, the plan starts automatically and the first payment is due. We remind you by email two days before.

(3) Payment is made in advance for each period, using the method chosen on the checkout page. Link sends the receipt. Your bank statement shows “LINK.COM*” with a short description.

(4) If a charge fails, Stripe tries again. If it still fails, the plan ends and with it your access.

5. Term and cancellation

(1) The monthly plan runs for an indefinite period. You can cancel at any time for the end of the paid month.

(2) The annual plan first runs for a fixed 12 months. You can cancel at any time for the end of these 12 months. Without cancellation it then continues for an indefinite period at €25.00 per month and can be cancelled at any time for the end of the paid month. The Stripe checkout page only shows the price for the first 12 months (“€300 per year”); the change follows from this paragraph and from our offer page.

(3) If you cancel during the trial, the plan ends with the trial and nothing is charged.

(4) You can cancel without signing in using Cancel contracts here, and also by email or letter. We send the confirmation with the end date by email.

(5) The right of either party to terminate for good cause remains unaffected. We can also cancel the plan with one month's notice, for example if we discontinue the service. We refund the share of any advance payment for the time after that.

6. Withdrawal and refunds

(1) As a consumer you have a right of withdrawal; the details are in the withdrawal notice. You can withdraw without signing in using Withdraw from contract. You then get back everything you paid.

(2) Link can also refund payments under its own rules. This remains unaffected.

7. Use

Signals and content are for your own use. You may not publish them, pass them on to third parties or resell them.

8. Defects and complaints

(1) The statutory rights for defects in digital products apply (Sections 327 ff. of the German Civil Code). We provide the updates needed to keep the service in conformity during the term.

(2) Send questions and complaints to abo@excon-trading.de or through the contact form. For questions about payment, Link's support can also help (support.link.com).

9. Liability

(1) We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, under the German Product Liability Act and where we have given a guarantee.

(2) For slight negligence we are liable only for breach of essential contractual duties, meaning those whose fulfilment makes the contract possible in the first place and on which you may rely. Liability is then limited to the foreseeable damage typical for the contract.

10. Changes

(1) We may change the service if there is a valid reason, such as new technology or security, you incur no additional costs and we inform you clearly. If a change impairs your access or use more than insignificantly, we inform you in advance by email; you can then cancel free of charge within 30 days.

(2) We change prices and these terms for running contracts only with your consent. If you do not agree, the contract continues unchanged; our right to cancel under section 5 remains.

11. Dispute resolution

We do not take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board and are not obliged to do so.

12. Final provisions

German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you as a consumer have your habitual residence remain unaffected. If you are a merchant, the place of jurisdiction is our place of residence.
